4. Conclusion of the contract

With the registration of an order on the electricbestdeal.ro website, the buyer/client agrees with the method of communication used by the company SC BESTDEALACF SRL – site administrator, respectively by phone or email.

The conclusion of the contract takes place only when the fiscal invoice is issued and not when the order is placed or the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order is issued. The automatic issuance of the confirmation of receipt of the order is NOT equivalent to the conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer.

After placing the order, for justified reasons, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order of the consumer/buyer, without prior notification, and he will receive back the money collected by the company SC BESTDEALACF SRL, within 7 days. At the same time, we reserve the right to change the quantity of the products in the order, depending on their availability in stock.

The products can be delivered within 1-15 days, from the moment when all the details of the order have been validated (invoicing data, product availability, delivery address, payment method, payment term), with the possibility of extending this term up to 30 days, according to the law, for justified reasons: legal holidays, Easter and Christmas holidays. Black Friday, pre-order products, imports, etc. All the information/methods used to describe the goods on the website do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, they are used exclusively for the purpose of presentation, delivery, stocks, prices. The order processing time is 5 working days.
In the case of parcels refused upon delivery, which were paid with an online card or payment order, the amount related to the order will be returned after the product arrives in our possession but no later than 30 days.
The products are available within the stock limit.

In the case of orders picked up in person (only orders paid, placed online, for which the confirmation code has been received) from order pick-up points, the same terms and conditions apply as in the case of orders delivered by courier. Please check the products upon delivery, and if they show non-conformities, immediately notify the company representative and refuse the order. Products can only be returned by courier to the address indicated on the website in the Return section.

The refund period for the amounts paid for refused/cancelled orders is up to 7 days.

For orders with personal pickup, the reservation period for the products at the order pickup point is 5 days.

Careful! At the order pick-up point, orders cannot be placed and products cannot be tested/viewed.

The cost of transport is borne by the customer, and in case of return, the transport fee paid upon delivery is not refunded.

6. Order cancellation

electricbestdeal.ro (administered by SC BESTDEALACF SRL) does not assume responsibility for printing or display errors regarding prices,

product features or images.

If an order cannot be honored due to such errors, electricbestdeal.ro reserves the right to cancel the respective order without prior notification.

SC BESTDEALACF SRL makes every effort to provide correct information about the price and characteristics of the products. It is possible that some prices are incorrect. In case of registration of an order with a ridiculous price, SC BESTDEALACF SRL has the right to cancel the order of the Buyer.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages to the other, in the following situations, and not only:

the prices displayed on the electricbestdeal.ro website are the result of a material error;

the ordered product/products are no longer in stock;

the transaction was not accepted by the bank issuing the Buyer’s card;

the data provided by the Client/Buyer on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect;

8. Litigation

Any disputes related to the execution of the contract will be resolved between the seller and the consumer/client amicably, otherwise, the parties may address the competent court at the headquarters of the merchant/seller SC BESTDEALACF SRL.

Return products
To return products, please follow the steps below:

1. Read the terms and conditions below in which the products can be returned
2. Complete the return form and wait to be contacted by our colleagues
3. If you have received confirmation that you meet the return conditions, please send the products via a courier company without refund to the address indicated by our colleagues in the answer.
4. Write down the number of the return request (in RT XXXXX form) on the waybill (AWB) and then send us the AWB number and the courier company with which you sent the products here. The parcels that did not pass the number of the return request on AWB, those that we were not notified that they were sent and those with cash on delivery (shipping system according to which the recipient is obliged, upon receipt, to pay the sender the corresponding value) will not be welcome!
5. After the products have reached us and have been checked, you will be contacted regarding the development and completion of this procedure
Terms and conditions

The return of the products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of the O.U.G. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.

The products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within 14 days from the date of their receipt; before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.

In the case of legal entities (they do not have the status of a consumer), we reserve the right to accept the return of the products and the establishment of their consideration as a freight advance for future orders or not to comply with the return request.

Return costs are borne by the consumer.

The cost of transport is borne by the customer, and in case of return, the transport fee paid upon delivery is not refunded. Considering the provisions of the updated law 249/2015, to fulfill the objectives of art. 14 products are returned only in the original packaging.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered;

The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.

The Seller will reimburse the product’s value within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of informing electricbestdeal.ro by the Consumer about his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return. electricbestdeal.ro will be able to postpone the reimbursement of the product value until the receipt of the sold product or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped, in the event that electricbestdeal.ro has not offered to recover the product itself (the date will be taken when

the most recent). The amount of money related to the returned products will be returned after the verification of the products after the mutual agreement of the method of return or according to the legal procedures.

Exceptions:

The exceptions regarding the right of return (their return is not accepted) are listed by way of example, without limiting ourselves to the following:

In cases where the returned products are damaged or incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, shocks, missing accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).

The amount related to the return is reimbursed in a valid bank account (in lei) opened in the name of the invoice holder.

Please check the physical integrity of the parcels when you receive them from Sameday courier, in the presence of the courier, and ask for a damage report to be drawn up if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.

The modification of the invoicing data from the natural person to the legal person can be requested within a maximum of 48 hours after taking possession of the products. The settlement term is up to 30 working days. Only invoices that have a receipt issued by the courier company for the legal entity can be modified. The invoices issued at the showroom do not change.

If the products to be returned were accompanied by possible bonuses, they must also be returned. If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.

The return of products that have active accounts/passwords set by the customer will not be accepted.
